Small website repairs

One problem.
A checked fix.

A broken link, a blank map, or a small WordPress issue. Start with one agreed repair and receive the change, its checks, and a way to roll it back.

For a small visual improvement, review a focused preview before deciding. Your website keeps its existing address.

Start with the page URL and a short description. Please don’t email passwords or sensitive customer data.

An original demonstration

Reject bad input.
Keep valid submissions working.

A deliberately seeded defect.
Not customer work.

In our sample WordPress endpoint, an email field containing the wrong kind of value caused a server error. The repair adds validation before saving a submission.

40 recorded checks. Tested through WordPress 7.1 with PHP 8.3.33 and 8.4.25, including checks against the saved records.

Clear limits. This local demonstration does not test Enfold, a browser form, email delivery, or a live customer website.

Preview, agree, then install

A private preview can show a proposed layout or interaction without changing your live site. Compatibility with your forms, plugins, and data needs a separate check on an authorized staging copy. We agree the scope, payment terms, acceptance checks, and delivery date before implementation. With a usable backup in place, the tested change goes onto your existing site only after your approval. A full redesign, malware removal, paid licenses, and ongoing support need a separate quote.

Spreadsheet reconciliation

Two files.
One clear result.

Match records, update amounts, and see exactly what changed. Get a reconciled Excel file with every uncertain match flagged for review.

Excel or CSV exports. Your original files stay intact.

Leading zeroes stay. An ID such as 000123 stays distinct from 123.

Zero is a valid amount. Missing amounts and duplicate IDs are flagged, with the target amount left unchanged.

Download this example as CSV

When opening the CSV in Excel, import the Record ID column as text to preserve leading zeroes. Paid deliveries use an Excel workbook with text IDs.

A small, defined job

Know the scope
before you order.

01

Describe the two tables

Start with the row counts, ID and amount column names, and which file is the source of truth. We agree the scope and how to exchange the files before you send them.

02

Confirm the matching rule

Exact IDs, one currency, and amounts to two decimal places. Matching is case sensitive and trims outer spaces. Ambiguous rows remain unchanged for your review.

03

Receive a checked workbook

A new reconciled table, a before-and-after change log, and an exception list. Automated matching and output checks are part of the process.

Needs a separate scope

Live SharePoint access, fuzzy matching, macros, charts, formulas, additional tables, and ongoing integrations. This service returns a clean table and does not preserve complex workbook features.
